Refractory Spraying for Industrial Lining Projects

GZ-3ER/S Electric Refractory Gunning Machine
The GZ-3ER/S is designed for dry-mix refractory spraying and compatible concrete shotcrete applications. It combines a rotor feeding system with an integrated water pump, automatic lubrication and electrical controls.
The published configuration provides an output range of 1.5–3 m³/h and uses a 4 kW rotor motor. Its control system incorporates a PLC, variable-frequency drive and air-pressure sensor for delivery-line blockage management. The integrated water pump is listed with a flow rate of 26 L/min and a pumping head of 70 m.
