Configuration & spare parts
For gunning machines, identify the model, rotor, hose diameter and length, nozzle, power or air-drive arrangement, and water supply. Pneumatic drive does not establish hazardous-area certification.
For mixers, confirm the batch requirement, electrical supply, loading access, discharge mechanism, liner and gearbox arrangement, cleaning procedure and operating instructions.
For a parts enquiry, provide the exact model, machine configuration and the required component description. Accessories pictured with equipment do not establish the standard supply list.

What site information should I send?
Material grading or recipe, required output or batch mass, planned hose route or loading/discharge arrangement, and available power, air and water.
Are maximum values a guaranteed site result?
No. The product documents require material and operating-condition confirmation. Gunning output and distance must not be assumed to occur simultaneously. Mixer batch mass does not establish hourly output.
What are the lead time, warranty and commissioning terms?
These are not established by the supplied technical tables. Request the packing method, order quantity, delivery schedule, warranty and commissioning scope in the quotation.
Are all pictured accessories included?
No standard accessory list is established by a photograph. Confirm the offered hose, nozzle, water pump, controls, discharge options and consumable parts for the exact model.
