- Listed drive rating
- 4 kW
- Conveying hose ID
- 38 mm
How it works & where it is used
The GZ-3AR is an air-driven machine for refractory dry gunning. A five-cylinder piston air motor drives the feed rotor, and compressed air conveys material through a 38 mm hose. Its published output is 1–3 m³/h. A pre-dampening nozzle, hopper vibrator and dust collection bag are listed for the machine.
Kilns, boilers, furnaces, steel plants, cement plants and degasser lining work.
Designed around the material flow
- Five-cylinder piston air motor.
- Bag cutter and flat hopper with vibrator.
- Pre-dampening nozzle and conveying hose.
- Dust collection bag and cleaning air gun.
- Solid wheels, couplings and clamps.
Air drive can suit sites that already have an adequate compressed-air service. The feed and wetting arrangements support adjustment of the spraying process. Compressor sizing remains essential because the published air requirement differs from the electric GZ-3ER.
Structure & installation
Installation planning: Confirm compressor delivery, hose routing, nozzle water supply and drive requirements. Conveying distances depend on the actual installation.
Pending confirmation. A model-specific installation drawing, interface dimensions and electrical diagram have not been supplied. Request these for the offered configuration. Product photographs do not replace installation drawings.

Air, power & conveying boundaries
Air-pressure values describe the pneumatic system, not the pressure of a hydraulic pump. Do not assume maximum output and maximum conveying distance can be achieved simultaneously.
Information needed for selection Provide compressor delivery at working pressure and the proposed hose layout. Request confirmation of the pneumatic motor, air treatment equipment and water-supply arrangement.
Pending confirmation. A verified performance curve or material trial record is not available. Maximum values must not be assumed to occur simultaneously.
Configuration & maintenance
Items requiring confirmation The table calls the 4 kW entry “Engine”; the description identifies an air motor. Confirm the rating basis. The total air-demand boundary and auxiliary power requirements should be confirmed; no explosion-proof certification is established.
Pending confirmation. Confirm the standard accessory list, consumable parts and operating instructions for the exact build. Confirm the hose diameter, hose length, nozzle and whether a water pump is included.
Documentation & evidence
Pending confirmation. No model-specific independent test report or verified project case has been supplied for this representative page. Product certification applicability, document validity and public display permission remain to be checked. No certification or service-life guarantee is implied.
Quotation & support scope
Packaging, minimum order quantity and lead time: Not established in the cited technical data. Request the packing method, packed dimensions, gross weight, order quantity and delivery schedule in the quotation. Machine dimensions and weight are not shipping measurements.
Also confirm the standard accessory list, consumable parts, warranty, commissioning support, packing, MOQ and lead time. No certification, factory production capacity or quantified service-life claim is added without supporting records.
